BL562/BL564 is RISC-V MCU chipset for ultra-low-power IoT applications.

Microcontroller subsystem contains a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with floating point units, high-speed cache and memories. Variety of security features are supported.

Power Management Unit controls flexible low-power modes to achieve the best power-consumption.

Peripheral interfaces include SDIO, SPI, UART, I2C, IR remote, PWM, ADC, DAC, ACOMP, PIR, etc.

Flexible GPIO configurations are supported. BL562 has total 16 GPIOs and BL564 has total 23 GPIOs
